  • First-Time Subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied with your initial purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment.

  • Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use Sherloq.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: We may issue refunds beyond the 14-day window in cases of technical issues or billing errors. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@gosherloq.com with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Third-Party Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed securely via Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are subject to Paddle’s policies and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Modifications

Sherloq reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a clear effective date.
