Conformance status

Sherloq GmbH is committed to making its website accessible, in line with the Barrierefreiheitsstaerkungsgesetz (BFSG), the German act implementing Directive (EU) 2019/882. This statement applies to our website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some content does not yet fully meet the standard; the known exceptions are listed below.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:

Some content is still being built. Pages added during the ongoing relaunch are reviewed for accessibility as they are published.
Individual images may not yet carry a fully descriptive text alternative in every language.
Some third-party components have not yet been fully audited for keyboard and screen-reader support.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 30 July 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment. Accessibility is checked automatically on every change using axe-core at desktop and mobile widths, and is supplemented by manual review. We review and update this statement regularly.

Enforcement procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response from us, you can turn to the authority responsible for the accessibility of products and services. In Germany this is the joint market surveillance body of the federal states, the Marktueberwachungsstelle der Laender fuer die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF), based in Saxony-Anhalt (Magdeburg). Consumers and recognised associations can ask it to examine whether our website meets the accessibility requirements.
