How does the free trial work?

The Starter plan comes with a 7-day free trial. You add a credit card to start, then get full access to everything in Starter for 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends and you're not charged. Growth and Scale start right away, no trial period.

What happens when I upgrade?

You keep everything from your current plan and unlock higher volumes. No data loss, no re-setup. Your watchlists, signals, and settings stay exactly where they are.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, effective immediately. No annual contracts unless you choose one. No penalties.

Do all plans include the Chrome extension?

Yes. Every plan includes the full Sherloq sidebar with all features: signal feed, live analyzer, smart chat, ICP scoring, and lead discovery. Plans differ in volume and team size, not in features.

Is my data safe?

Your data is hosted in Germany (Supabase Frankfurt region). Sherloq is GDPR compliant, doesn't use third-party tracking cookies, and never sells data. The Chrome extension uses the Side Panel API and never touches the LinkedIn page.

How does billing work?

Monthly or annual. Annual billing costs less than paying month to month. Every payment comes with a proper invoice. VAT and receipts included.
